Iron On Patches UK is committed to providing helpful customer support throughout the ordering process. Our team is available to assist with issues that may lead to an order cancellation or refund request. If you have a valid reason for requesting a refund, the following policy applies.

Refunds may be applicable if:

The order is cancelled within the applicable time frame. Any refund will be subject to the deductions outlined in our Order Cancellation Policy.

The payment was accidentally charged twice.

The wrong iron-on patch product was sent. Our Return and Exchange Policy may also apply.

We did not follow the size, colour, artwork, or other requirements included in the approved brief.

Refunds will not be applicable if:

You change your mind and do not provide a valid reason for the request.

You are dissatisfied with the quality of the completed patches.

You are dissatisfied with the design after approving the digital proof for production.

You do not respond during the refund process or provide the required information.

A third party, such as a friend, family member, or lawyer, submits the claim on your behalf.

Iron On Patches UK reserves the right to review and decline refund requests that do not meet the terms of this policy.
