Iron On Patches UK has policies to help customers understand what to expect when ordering custom iron-on patches. Please review the following terms and conditions before placing an order:

• Our craftsmen rely on the brief you provide, so please share as much information as possible. Our design team reviews your requirements and works according to your brief.
• You can request unlimited revisions to the digital draft shared with you. Once you approve the draft, further changes may not be possible. However, you can contact customer support with your requirements, and our team will do its best to assist, depending on the circumstances.
• You retain ownership of any designs, logos, trademarks, or artwork you provide. Iron On Patches UK does not claim ownership of customer-submitted designs or artwork.
• You must ensure that any design, logo, trademark, or artwork you submit does not infringe on the rights of another company or individual. Iron On Patches UK reserves the right to take appropriate action if an infringement concern arises.
• Iron On Patches UK may accept international orders. In such cases, the buyer may be responsible for applicable shipping, customs, tax, and duty charges.
• A customised order can only be cancelled within 24 hours of being placed. After 24 hours, only a partial refund may be available. For details, please refer to our Order Cancellation Policy.
• We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by an incorrect address or inaccurate information provided by the customer.
